Class Entry Information

Athletes may enter a maximum of two classes. Please read the following rules carefully to ensure you enter the correct categories.

• Men’s Physique: Competitors may not compete in Men’s Classes 1, 2, 3, or 4.
• Ms Figure: Competitors may not compete in Toned Figure or Bikini classes.
• Juniors: Junior athletes must compete in the Junior class. They may also enter Classes 1–4, Men’s Classic, or Men’s Physique, provided they meet the criteria for those classes.
• First Timers / Novice: These two classes are combined into a single category. 

Men’s Masters (Age Classes)

Proof of age must be presented on the day of the show.

On the day an athlete turns 40, 50, 60, or 70, they must compete in the corresponding Masters age category.

Masters competitors (Over 40, 50, 60, and 70) may also enter Men’s Classes 1, 2, 3, or 4 (height-based classes). However, they must first compete in their appropriate age category.
