Entry Notes

• Athletes may enter a maximum of two classes.  Please ensure second entries are added to the basket or a separate order is complete. However please note:
• Men Physique cannot compete in Men’s Class 1,2,3,4 or Ms Figure cannot compete in Wellness or Bikini Shape classes
• Juniors: A junior must compete in the junior class but can also compete in class 1-4, classic and physique providing they meet the class criteria
• First Timers /Novice: Both classes are combined 
• Ms Figure over 40 and under 40: The classes are based on a height-to-weight formula: Maximum weight = Height (cm) – 100.
• Ms Figure over 50 is an open class - no weight / hight criteria applies
• Men’s Physique: The class is based on a height-to-weight formula: Maximum weight = Height (cm) – 100.
• Men’s  Classic: The classes are based on a height-to-weight formula: Up to 1 75 cm + 4 kg Over 175cm + 6 kg
• Men's age classes: Proof of age must be shown on the day of the show. On the day an athlete turns 40, 50, 60 or 70, they must compete in the corresponding Master class.
• Masters over 40, 50, 60, 70 may also enter Men’s Class 1, 2, 3, 4 (which are height based) but must first compete in their age group.
