Entry Notes

Athletes may enter a maximum of two classes.  Please ensure second entries are added to the basket or a separate order is complete. However please note:

·       Men Physique cannot compete in Men’s Class 1,2,3,4 or Miss Figure cannot compete in Wellness or Bikini Shape classes

Juniors: A junior must compete in the junior class but can also compete in class 1-4, classic and physique providing they meet the class criteria

First Timers: Never entered a bodybuilding show prior to this for any other federation

Novice: Never won a bodybuilding show for any federation

Figure: The Classifications for Miss Figure are based on a height/weight formula: 90 percent of (height – 100) = maximum weight

Men’s Physique: The Classification for Men`s Physique are based on a height/weight formula: height – 100 = maximum weight.

Men’s  Classic: The Classifications for Mr. Athletic are based on a height/weight formula:

Up to 175 cm + 4 kg Over 175cm + 6 kg

Age classifications: Proof of age must be shown on the day of the show. 

·       On the day an athlete turns 40, 50, 60 or 70, they must compete in the corresponding Master class.

Masters over 40, 50, 60, 70 may also enter Men’s Class 1, 2, 3, 4 (which are height based) but must first compete in their age group.
